Today's Bible Reading: 2 Corinthians 9-10

Our name, "Evangel," means "good news." It is the good news of Jesus Christ that has provided our vision since our founding in 1959. We are located in Wheaton, Illinois, "across from the DuPage County Fairgrounds," in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Prayer Vigil
In response to our "Embracing the Future" weekend in September, 2008 we have embraced prayer as a significant foundation for renewal and growth. Our purpose is to ask God to work in "unusual and unmistakable" ways as we celebrate our 50th anniversary year in 2009. See more about the opportunities and emphasis.
